Under windows using eclipse to connect to remote hadoop-1.2.0reported 0700 error, Failed to set permissions of path, permissions?

Environment: win7 (64) + eclipse4.2 remote redhat linux, installed eclipse-hadoop plugin 1.2.0

remote linux hadoop successfully start and run its own instance of success. But running in eclipse, at
